Online Orders Terms & Conditions

We offer an online ordering and delivery option for your convenience.

Here is some additional information you should know when using our online ordering service.


Your order and payment is processed securely via PayPal, and can be paid for using your PayPal account or a valid credit card.

Delivery within New Zealand

Delivery of your order is charged at a flat rate of $7.50 (including GST) per order.

Each order is shipped directly from our studio in Invercargill and we aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days after the order and payment is received.

Orders are sent via the Toll New Zealand courier service. Their estimated delivery time is 1-4 working days, depending on your area.

Your delivery address must be a street address; our courier cannot deliver to a PO Box or Private Bag.

If you have not received an order 10 working days after you placed it, please contact us.

Delivery overseas

At this stage we do not offer delivery to international addresses via our online shop – if you require international delivery please contact us to enquire about this.

Out of stock items

Occasionally we may be unable to fulfil your order because we have run out of stock of the publication you have ordered. If this is the case, we will notify you using the email address you have provided.

Where possible, we will offer you the option to choose another item of the same value to replace the out of stock item. Alternatively, we will refund the full purchase price the out of stock item.


If you are not happy with your purchase of The Life send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it in its original, unused condition and we will provide an exchange or refund.

Postage is non-refundable except on faulty items.


Market South will receive your name, delivery address, email address and phone number for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.

This information is not shared with any third party.

Market South does not receive or hold your credit card details.
